I am a Chef and Caterer and have worked in the industry for over 15 years. I have worked in varioua establishents and have a great skill set. I am competant in British Food and lovely Sunday Caribbean British Roasts and BBQs and other British mrnus. I got Silver in the Great British Food Awards and developed my own sauce where i received Great Taste Awards. I love simple Homemade British Cooking with a twist.
