Pub listings on PubKitchens are sourced from public data including the Food Standards Agency hygiene ratings database and OpenStreetMap. Area-level information such as typical rent ranges and area profiles is provided for general guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing data, and details may change without notice.

Our Role

We connect food operators with pub kitchen opportunities. When you register interest in a listing, we may approach the pub on your behalf to check availability and facilitate an introduction. Any contractual arrangements are between you and the pub landlord — PubKitchens is not a party to any lease, licence, or agreement.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Prohibited Use

• You must not scrape, copy, or reproduce listing data for commercial use.
• You must not attempt to identify pubs listed on this site in order to circumvent the introduction process.
• You must not use the platform to send unsolicited communications to pubs or other users.
