I am an experienced food operator having run bars, resturants and boutique hotels across Europe. I have created Nomad Sandwiches to showcase Britain’s greatest food export, the sandwich. I’m bringing it home, taking recipes from my travels to curate a street food experience with the best flavours from crispy chicken parm from New York to a slow cooked ham in white wine veloute sandwich from Paris. Each dish is a passport stamp and where better to deliver this concept than the Great British Pub!
